We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with our policy outlined below.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on our website
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization
- Include the return form with your package
- Ship your return using a traceable method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Used or damaged products
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement upon verification of the issue.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for a store credit or exchange only, unless the item is defective. The return must meet all other return conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
